Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Every merchandise you order at JJustMe is print for you on-demand. Returns are not put on our warehouse, as we can't sell them.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked, provided you return within 4 weeks from merchandise received and must be unused with the original packaging.  

You will be responsible for all cost (shipping cost & custom fee if any) associated with the return.

We are certainly unable to accept them for return if;

  • The tags have been removed.

  • They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in any way.

  • They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.

  • They have been washed.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear, masks and socks unless faulty.

  • Merchandises have been sent back without a property return request.

 

All merchandises in transit are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us. 

We really hate to do it but we ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

UnclaimedShipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. If you haven't registered an account on JJustMe and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Faulty Merchandise - if you have a received a faulty item please contact our us first at support@jjustme.com and send us a couple of pictures of the fault.

 

Please contact us before sending the parcel back. We can then advise the best way to proceed and provide a free returns service. We cannot refund return shipping costs if posted before contacting us first.

The same 4 weeks return policy applies to faulty goods. Generally, if a defect is going to become apparent, it will be relatively quick. We can't accept returns due to excessive wear of a product.

All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection by us before we can confirm a credit. Sometimes we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection.

Any final decision will be made by the manufacturer directly.

In the event of faulty merchandise, we will take full responsibility, and provide a free replacement and we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

How To Make A Return

You must contact us at support@jjustme.com to initiate a return with your order number. We will provide with further instructions and the address you need to return to. 

Please complete the returns section of your invoice and include this inside your parcel. If you do not have this, please email us to request a new one.

We do not offer exchanges if you would like to change an item you will need to return the item to us for a refund and place a new order.

Please write on the outside of the package 'Returned goods, relief applied for.' This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges and your return possibly being returned to you.

We try to process all returns as quickly as possible, however, please allow us up to five business days from receipt to process your return. We will contact you by email to confirm that your refund has been issued.

 

Notifications, And Refunds

You will be in touch by email once your return has arrived at our warehouse and your refund has been processed. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process your return. During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas returns please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.

Please allow up to five business days for the funds to be transferred back to your PayPal account.

We will refund original shipping costs in the event of an error or faulty product, but we will not refund your original shipping costs if you are returning item/s for other reasons; such as an item not fitting. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event of a faulty product or error with your order please contact us before posting the item/s back to us as we can arrange a free return.  We cannot refund return shipping costs for faulty items returned to us unless previously confirmed by us.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap at support@jjustme.com.

 

If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur an additional return to sender fee if it is issued by the courier or postal service used for your delivery. 

Please be aware that due to some courier's operations and the quick turnaround on deliveries it may not be possible to cancel your order once dispatched.  If this is the case you can return your order back to us.  Please email us first at support@jjustme.com to get further instructions and the address you need to return.
